The Policy About Refund and Returns 

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours after placing them at glikon.com for a full refund.  Besides, if you cancel your order after 24 hours, we will charge a refund transaction fee (3.6% for Paypal users). However, the shipped orders can’t be canceled during transportation.

Return

Please contact support@glikon.com for help.  We will send you the return address, then process your refund after receiving your returned items.

For the quality of the product itself, please contact us by email within 30 natural days. We will give you the full refund or one-time free replacement afte receiving the products. Please inspect your order and check whether the shoe sole cleaner machine is defective, damaged or the wrong one. Then we can evaluate the issue and settle it down.

For non-quality issues of the product, we don’t accept refund and returns. However, to protect your legal rights, you can complete the return within 15 business days. In this case, you have to bear the transaction fee and return shipping costs.

Refunds

For a refund, please contact us via support@glikon.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. And then we will tell you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.

If you don’t receive the refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Return Shipping Cost

If it is not a quality issue, the buyer need to bear the return shipping fees. We will charge you the shipping cost + transaction fee(3.6% for Paypal users) on the conditions below:

  • Returning products without any proven defect;
  • Defects or damages caused by exposure to external causes, misuse of products, unauthorized modification, or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
