Return and Refunds Policy

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them at glikon.com for a full refund. Please note that if you cancel your order after 24 hours, we will charge a refund transaction fee (3.6% for Paypal users). In addition, the shipped orders cannot be canceled during transportation

Return

Please contact support@glikon.com for help and we will send you the return address, then process your refund after receiving your returned items.

For the quality of the product itself, please contact us by email within 30 natural days. We will give you the full refund or one-time free replacement after you receive the goods. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For non-quality issues of the product, we generally do not accept returns for refund, but to protect your legal rights, you can complete the return within 15 business days and bear the transaction fee and return shipping costs.

Refunds

For a refund, please contact us via support@glikon.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you don’t receive the refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Return Shipping Cost

If it is not a quality issue, the return shipping costs need to be borne by the buyer. We will charge you the shipping cost + transaction fee(3.6% for Paypal users) on the conditions below:

  • Returning products without any proven defect;
  • Any defects or damages caused by exposure to external causes, misuse of products, unauthorized modification, or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
