How to add water and drain sewage of Boot Cleaning Machine in Air Shower Rooms

1. Automatic Mode of Automatic Boot Cleaning Machine

The boot cleaning machine has an automatic water inlet and drain function. In case of an automatic water change, you need to connect the inlet and drain pipe inside the cleanroom.

1.1 Installation Methods:

1) Pull the inlet and drain hose to the boot cleaner machine.

The water inlet pipe has an external diameter of 20mm. The drain pipe has an external diameter of 25mm. However, the connectors are all fitted for the water inlet pipes.

2) The pipework can be directed towards the ceiling or the floor.

The boot cleaner machine is equipped with a high-pressure pump with a lift of 10-15 meters. The pipework can also be routed to the floor. But if it is led to the floor, the drain outlet should be positioned about 1-2 cm above the shoe sole cleaning machine, so as to avoid self-priming water backflow.
Attention: If more than one boot cleaner machine is used at the same time, the drain can’t be connected in parallel. If the water inlet is connected to the PVC pipe, you should drain half a bucket of water until the water pipe is empty of impurities and sediments. And then dock the water inlet pipe to stop debris and glue from clogging the water inlet solenoid valve.

3) After the installation of the inlet and outlet pipes, place the bottom shoe cleaner flat on the ground.

The machine has two pipes with an external diameter of 20mm and a 1.5-metre length. They are connected to the water inlet and drain outlet. The water inlet and outlet are respectively at the rear of the equipment on the left and right sides. The water inlet solenoid valve is docked to the water inlet pipe, and the water pump is mated to the drainage pipe.
Finally, adjust the boot cleaning station to a horizontal state. After installing the handrails, check whether the water level sensor is flat in the slot. Also, examine whether the machine inlet and drain hoses are overwhelmed or bent. And finally, plug the boot cleaner machine’s electricity leakage protection plug into the power supply.

Step onto the cleaning area for 3-5 seconds, the ball-type brushes begin to roll back and forth, automatically remove dirt mud in the soles and sides of shoes. Then step onto the blue absorbent pad in the drying area, just to dry the residual water stains on the soles of heavy duty boots.

2. Manual Mode of Boot Cleaner Machine

If there is no water supply and sewage outlet to connect the water inlet pipe and drain pipe in the installation area, the user can use the dirt sucker for manual one-key drainage and water change.

2.1 The Specific Operation Method is as follows:

1) Open the cover, and take out the suction motor.
2) Attach the suction motor to the suction pot enclosure
3) Press the suction switch
4) Place the bottom of the suction pot flat in the sink, and then push back and forth to suck dirt
5) Pour out the automatic inhalation of sewage inside the suction pot.
6) Finally add clean water to the sink.
1) When manually sucking sewage, the water shouldn’t exceed the highest water level line of the suction pot, to avoid water damage to the suction motor.
2) Do not tilt the kettle when pouring and filling water, otherwise the water will overflow.

1) No Water Protection:

3) Water Level Switch Fault Protection:

When detecting the high water level switch closed and the low water level switch disconnected, the controller immediately shut down all loads.

4) Water Level Overrun Protection:

When detecting the high and low water level switches closed simultaneously, the controller prohibits automatic operation (shut down all outputs), but allows the user to press the manual switch to pump water in manual mode.

5) Add Water Overtime Protection:

If you continue to add water to reach the set time, but still can’t make the low water level switch close, then the shoe scrubber will report a fault (prohibit motor and pump operation). But the solenoid valve continues to open, once the water supply is normal, it will resume normal operation.
